These terms cover the use of selvoq.com and wirtshub.com, and nothing else. They are short because there is little here to govern.
WirtsHub is not open to the public
WirtsHub is not a service you can sign up for. Access is by invitation only and currently limited to pilot properties. Where we have granted access, a separate written agreement between us and that property governs it — what is provided, on what terms, and for how long. Nothing on this page adds to that agreement or takes anything away from it.
The websites
Everything on these sites is informational. We describe software that is under active development, so descriptions change and a page read today may not match the product later. Nothing here is an offer, a commitment to deliver a feature, or advice to rely on.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain access you were not given, interfere with the sites or the systems behind them, or scan production hosts. If you find a vulnerability, write to us and give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue researchers who do that.
Who owns what
The software, the designs and the words on these sites are ours. Reading them grants no licence to copy, adapt or resell any part of them.
Personal data
How personal data is handled — including guest data held on behalf of a property — is set out in the privacy notice, not here.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version.
